Jacksonville International Airport is a civil-military public airport 13 miles (21 km) north of downtown Jacksonville, in Duval County, Florida. It is owned and operated by the Jacksonville Aviation Authority.

Staying at the Omni? A complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Ritz-Carlton and the Omni Resort. The shuttles will depart and loop between the properties approximately every 20 minutes during the below scheduled hours.

The Prosper Forum will be offering a complimentary shuttle service on Wednesday 8/30 from the Ritz-Carlton to the Jacksonville International Airport.
There will be a shuttle leaving every half hour starting at 8:30 AM until 1:00 PM.
*If Staying at the Omni, you can store your luggage with the Bell Desk on Wednesday morning at the Ritz Carlton.
At Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), all ground transportation services — including rental car agencies, taxi, and limousine services – are located on the lower level of the terminal building adjacent to baggage claim.
For Ground Transportation assistance upon arrival at JAX, please go directly to our Taxi, Limousine and Shared-Ride Booths located on the Lower Level outside Baggage Claim. Â No reservations are required for arriving passengers.

Attendees may elect to use ground transportation providers who are authorized to operate at the Airport on a pre-arranged basis only.Â
All authorized Pre-Arranged Transportation Providers must pick up passengers in the Ground Transportation Area.
Passenger Pickup in the Hourly Garage or on the public curb is prohibited.

Lyft and Uber are authorized to provide pick-up services at JAX. Passengers can make a request once they are located on the terminal curbside. Authorized Transportation Network Companies may drop off passengers on the Upper Departure Curb only. The airport fee applies to pick-ups only. Signs that state “App-Based Rides Service” are positioned on the Lower Arrival Curb outside Baggage Claim Door 3 and to the right. Always confirm that you are getting in the correct vehicle with the designated driver shown on the app.

Caution: Drivers are not as frequently available on Amelia Island for return transfers to JAX. Please allow time for a match or arrange another form of transportation for your return transfer.
